Technical Specifications

Key Performance Features

• Heat-Fusible Joint Seamless Technology: Eliminate bulky, unsightly knots from your intricate patterns. Since this premium cord is thermoplastic-based, you can join two ends seamlessly by gently heating them with a flame or heat tool and pressing them together for an invisible, ultra-strong bond.
• Stain-Proof, Washable & "Erasable": Unlike natural cotton, which absorbs oils, liquids, and stains, this non-porous polypropylene material is highly spill-resistant. Dirt, food, or moisture can be effortlessly wiped away ("erased") or machine-washed to keep your art looking brand new.
• Perfect 3mm Definition: The 3mm thickness holds its tension beautifully. Perfect for intricate knotting structures, detailed crochet patterns, and fine-weaving setups that won't sag, stretch out, or warp over time.

Best Project Matches & Application Guide

• Recommended Projects: Stunning bohemian wall hangings, plant hangers, highly durable crochet bags, table runners, custom placemats, weather-resistant windsocks, holiday ornaments, and lightweight outdoor furniture weaving.
• Skill Suitability: Ideal for beginners seeking a forgiving, easy-to-correct cord, as well as professional fiber artists looking for reliable technical consistency across large projects.
• Recommended Tools: Best paired with heavy-duty craft shears for clean cuts and a standard heating tool or lighter to securely fuse ends. The recommended crochet hook and knitting needle sizes are specified in the technical details.

Care and Use

• Safe Splicing Tip: When heating the cord to merge ends, let it cool for a few seconds before touching directly. Use heat-safe pliers or craft tools to pinch the melted ends together safely.
• Laundering Instructions: For crochet bags and table placemats, machine wash cold in a mesh laundry bag with mild detergent. Lay flat to air dry. Avoid high heat drying to preserve synthetic fiber structure.
• 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee: We are confident you will fall in love with the quality and ease of our cord. If you are not completely satisfied, you are fully covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
